Class Action

In cases when the negligence of another party physically or financially injures more than one individual, the injured parties may consider legal action by filing a class action lawsuit. Examples of class actions include consumer fraud, defective products, and misleading advertising are examples of class actions with manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, and employers as the defendants.
